What is sheet metal bending?

The outside force used, alters only the outside features of the sheet. However, the length and thickness of the sheet remain the same. The flexibleness of the sheet metal further allows it to undergo various shaping processes. Here at Fab-tech Telford we use state of the art equipment: using AMADA’s HFE 3i press breaks gives us greater control when bending all ranges of materials. Bending programmes and sequences are optimised by our CAM Programming system to ensure quick process times and turnaround.
