Key Skills Required

Experience in sheet metal fabrication (preferably sub-contract)
Supervisory experience managing a team of 15-20 employees
Good communication skills
Problem solving skills
Good motivator of his team
Basic computer skills (emails, Exel Spreadsheets, Word)
Using measuring equipment
Reading and understanding technical drawings

Hours of Work

8.00am – 4.30pm Monday to Thursday
8.00am – 3.00pm Friday
Flexibility at weekends

Salary

TBC dependent on experience
Guide: £28K – £32K
