We have invested in software to reduce the time in estimating to provide our customers with a fast and accurate response. All of the equipment in our factory has been chosen for being best in class – quickest, most reliable, lowest energy and flexible.
We have added automated sheet feeders to our main conversion machining centres to allow for unmanned working. Skilled operators manage the machines and pre-load them to operate lights out to provide fast response and low-cost parts.
Modern manufacturing needs to be agile and capable of adapting quickly to new products, design changes and last minute requirements. We have designed our Management ad Manufacturing Controls to ensure we can deliver, no matter the lead time.
