Fab-Tech deliver high speed, low energy laser cutting of sheet materials using the latest in oscillating fibre technology.

Our AMADA Ventis fibre optic laser cutting machine uses the latest technology in shaped, oscillating beams to deliver fast and accurate cutting alongside lower power consumption.

Cutting programmes are optimised through our CAM system to reduce the time the laser head is in motion but not cutting, which in turn increases material utilisation per sheet. Time means money is the reality in laser cutting.

We have paired our cutting machine with a automated material handling system that can hold up to 27 tonnes of steel and allows us to process in up to 9 different gauges. This system removes the sheet with cut parts tagged in place and delivers a new sheet automatically. This technology allows us to operate 24/7, lights out.
